A little bit about myself before we get into why I would rock as your teacher.
First, I would like for you to know that I grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas so this means that yes, I am an English-Speaking native. I can have a great conversation (with rapport) with anybody that speaks English and/or Spanish and with a customer, service background look forward to reaching that customer service satisfaction. As you can tell by my whole and super long name, I am, of course, Latino. Growing up in the states being Latino gives you the fortunate advantage of speaking both English and Spanish. This advantage allowed me to get a Job at the age of 17 years at one of the biggest French outsourcing companies based on customer service… Teleperformance. This is where my career and love for customer service started. I grew fast and learned quickly and in a couple of years I started to move up and into different areas such as IT (IT and customer support can go hand in hand) plus I have a technical diploma in IT, so the lingo was not new to me. In the IT field, I also moved to move from one position to another (because of promotions. You can see this on my resume.) starting as a tier 2 comms support agent to a Delivery Lead, you can say that I know my way around support. In the end, I hope you get to look at all that I have achieved in the work area and consider that along with my years of experience.
