I am a teacher who tries to make learning easy and focus on communicating. My experiene has helped me to learn how teach to all kinds of kids. Everyone learns different and being able to adapt to their needs is one of my strong points. Learning is suppose to be enjoyable where even though its seems hard, the way you teach it motivates the students to be confident. Teaching is not about making money, its about being the one who makes the difference and goes out of their way to help. My goal is to show others how to and be the example not the reason why not. Its important to have degrees and such but teaching is a job where you have to adapt fast look for new ways and be the one who motivates. Keeping things simple, set goals and get results all depends on how much effort you put. Sometimes just making a person feel special or that they are apart of something can be the key to making the difference or not. I Could write a million pages about examples.
