Hello everyone, my name is Monica!

I'm a Mexican English teacher. I've been teaching English for 5 years and I've developed a method of learning and an approaching from own experience as a learner of English as a second language, so I'm aware of real problems Spanish speakers face when it comes to learn a foreign language and English specially.

I enjoy teaching english and I focus on enhace my students profiency with english by creating contexts as a natural enviroment.

I use audiovisual stuff, some books apps, games and practicing to provide a wide variety of sources for learning, practice and get fun during the whole process.
I've got an International Cambridge Certificate in teaching English TKT.
I've made a major in Classic Literature that allows me to have a deeper approach to the English language stablishing similarities between Spanish and English structure, vocabulary and syntax.
My experience told me that talking about interesting topics and let students explore the language from their own needs and curiosity its an effective way to have students speaking and learning.
We all are here for different motivations so keep them alive and working it's essential when it comes to learn something and even more a foreign language.
I use different methods, materials and approaches, based on students' level, skills, interests, needs and most important: own life and experience. Yeah, I know it sounds vague but I always have on mind my students lifestyle, personal and professional experiences.
