F. How many members in your family? Who is the oldest and who is the youngest, etc in family members.
O. What do you do for a living? How long have you've been working their? What do they build their?, etc.
Just by listening to their speaking or conjugating I can noticess what level they are, but I will never ashme them. I will only tell the student we need to start here moreless because you need to do better in your conjugation as an example, etc.
