My name is Vijay Kumar. I'm 30 years old energetic online yoga trainer. I'm basically from India but I'm living in Russia as of now. I I'm a certified trainer of that yoga and Power yoga. Weight loss and body flexibility are my expertise. I have 4 years of yoga teaching experience with kids and adults. Till now I have teach many students all around the world.
